I just realized that this question is reopened. If this is intended to correct the judgement mistake to resolve this question as ambiguous, I think the 50k and 100k casualties question is also need to be reopened, because as I write this comment, those questions has not been reopened

@nextbigfuture I think that's because the question was created prior to the start of the tournament. Even if there is a way that this question can be counted, I'm not sure how the scoring would work. And I am sure that there is someone who predict in this question but do not participate in the tournament (that each user have to register)
